SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
1. Shipping & Delivery Policy
We implement the shipping/delivery policy as follows:
- Delivery Scope: We support nationwide delivery.
- Delivery Time:
- For inner-city areas: Estimated delivery within 24 hours from the time of order placement.
- For other provinces/locations: Estimated delivery from 2 – 5 working days, depending on the geographical area and the shipping unit.
- Shipping Partners: We combine our own delivery team with reputable third-party carriers (such as Viettel Post, GHTK, etc.) to ensure the best service.
- Liability for Goods: If goods are lost, misplaced, or damaged during transportation, UNIQUEGIFTS commits to resolving all issues arising from the shipping unit. We are responsible for exchanging/compensating with an equivalent product if the fault lies in the packaging or transportation process.
- Documents: Valid documents (Sales Invoice / Delivery Note) will be provided by the shipping unit upon delivery. A VAT invoice is issued if requested by the customer.
- Inspection Policy: Customers are allowed to inspect the exterior appearance of the product before receiving it. Please note that we do not support trying on or using the product before payment.

2. Return and Exchange Policy
Customers are entitled to return or exchange products under the following conditions:
- Conditions for Exchange/Return:
- 1-to-1 Exchange: Applicable within the first 7 days from the date of receipt if the product has a manufacturing defect.
- Standard Warranty: 6 months from the date of purchase.
- The product must be intact and not fall under refusal cases (e.g., damage due to impact, misuse, water damage, or chemical exposure).
- Shipping Costs for Returns:
- Customers bear the shipping fee when sending the product back to the company for warranty/exchange.
- The company bears the shipping fee when sending the warranted product back to the customer.
- Refund/Resolution Method:
- If the product cannot be repaired, the company will exchange it for an equivalent product or refund the money according to the agreement with the customer.
- Refund time (if applicable) is from 5 – 7 working days after confirming the valid request.
- Processing Time: Maximum 7 – 14 working days from the time we receive the product.
