2. Inspection, Return, and Refund Policy

Inspection Policy: Customers have the right to inspect the product upon receipt.

Free Return/Exchange Conditions: Customers will not incur any exchange or return fees if the situation falls into one of the following cases:

  • The received product weight is more than 5% lower than advertised (the product must remain in its original packaging).
  • The product quality does not match the listed information.
  • The product delivered is not the one ordered (the product must remain in its original packaging).

Other Return Cases: In other cases where customers wish to return or exchange goods:

  • Customers must keep the product intact.
  • Customers are responsible for 2-way shipping costs. Alternatively, this amount will be deducted from the refund value (shipping fees/handling fees may amount to approximately 10% of the order value).

Return Timeframe: Maximum 7 days from the date of receipt.

Return Method: Transport via the same method used during the purchase.

Refund Method: Cash or Bank Transfer.

5. Obligations of the Seller and Customer

Obligations of the Seller (UNIQUEGIFTS):

  • Responsible for providing products and quality as announced/advertised.
  • Responsible for refunds and product warranties if the fault lies with the seller.
  • Responsible for compensation for damages, if any.

Obligations of the Customer:

  • Responsible for paying for the goods as agreed.
  • Has the right to inspect the product before receiving it.
  • Adhere to the warranty and return policies.
