PAYMENT POLICY
When purchasing at UNIQUEGIFTS (operated by LIVING 247 CO., LTD), customers can choose one of the following two payment methods: Payment on Delivery (COD) and Payment via Bank Transfer.
The amount to be paid is clearly shown in the Total Payment section when you confirm the order. This payment amount includes: The total price of products and shipping fees minus any promotions/discounts (if applicable).
1. Payment on Delivery (COD)
When choosing the COD payment method, you will pay 100% of the Total Payment value to the delivery staff upon receipt of the goods. Customers are not required to pay any additional fees outside of the Total Payment confirmed on the order.
2. Payment via Bank Transfer
Customers will pay the amount listed in the Total Payment section and any transaction fees prescribed by the bank they use.
Note: For orders selecting “Bank Transfer,” the order will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours if payment has not been received[cite: 74].

3. Refund Policy (For Bank Transfer)
In case the customer has transferred money but cancels the order or returns the goods validly, UNIQUEGIFTS will refund within 5 – 7 working days from the time the valid request is confirmed
