Silk scarves at Uniquegifts are woven 100% from natural silk fibers, handcrafted by artisan Phan Thi Thuan in Phung Xa silk village, Hanoi. Artisan Phan Thi Thuan is a pioneer in “training” silkworms to weave their own fabric. She placed the silkworms on a flat surface so that they could spin silk and weave it into layers, and as a result, after 4-5 days, complete flat cocoons were formed, becoming smooth silk sheets.

This technique has helped silk scarves at Uniquegifts retain their natural shine, softness and purity. Silk is light, airy and has good heat regulation, bringing a cool feeling in the summer and warmth in the cold.
