    • Contact information such as phone number, mailing address, email address, and fax number.

    2.2 Information Content:

    • Full name.

    • Date of birth.

    • ID card or Passport number (including date and place of issue).

    • Phone number and email address.

    Note for Minors: For internet users under the age of 14 who do not yet have a passport, a legal guardian must decide on the registration of personal information to represent consent and assume legal responsibility for said registration.

    We will request personal information when you register for a UNIQUEGIFTS account. If this information is to be used for purposes other than those initially stated, we will seek your prior consent.

    3. Data Collection Methods

    UNIQUEGIFTS collects the personal information of members mentioned in Section 2 through the “Member Registration Form” provided publicly during the account creation process.

    4. Data Retention Period

    UNIQUEGIFTS will store account information, login/logout timestamps, user IP addresses, and information processing logs for a minimum of 02 (two) years. In all cases, member personal information will be kept secure on the UNIQUEGIFTS servers.

    5. Disclosure and Modification of Collected Information

    5.1 We grant members the right to self-edit their public information on the social network. We will only delete or hide information upon the member’s request or if the information violates UNIQUEGIFTS regulations. 5.2 We may be required to provide user personal information to functional authorities or government agencies for security, safety, customs, immigration, or other statutory purposes as required by law.

    The person posting information is solely responsible for the accuracy of said information and for any legal disputes arising therefrom.

    This Service Agreement is publicly posted on our homepage so that users are aware of the UNIQUEGIFTS privacy protection policy. To protect the personal and private information of our users, we utilize advanced storage software, security software, and robust firewall systems to ensure that user data is not compromised.
